Radio Stations in Penzance
Penzance has a station Truro doesn't get: Coast FM, the community station for West Cornwall, on 96.5 FM from a transmitter at the town's cricket club. The rest of the FM line-up, including BBC Radio Cornwall, comes from Redruth, 23 km to the north-east.
DAB is much closer: a relay at Gulval, about 1 km north, carries the Cornwall, BBC national and D1 national multiplexes.
