Radio Stations in Camborne
Camborne is served mainly from the Redruth transmitter, only about 4 km to the east, which carries the national BBC networks, BBC Radio Cornwall and the Cornwall DAB multiplex. Being so close, Camborne usually gets a stronger signal from Redruth than towns further up the county such as Truro.
Redruth's medium-wave site, 6 km east, also gives Camborne a good signal for BBC Radio 5 Live on AM. If DAB reception is patchy indoors, an aerial pointed east towards Redruth is the simplest fix.
