Radio Royal

Radio Royal is the hospital and healthcare station for the Forth Valley, "the healthy choice" for the area. Its AM service ended when the station moved to Forth Valley Royal Hospital in 2010, and it returned on DAB+ when the Stirling and Falkirk small-scale multiplex (block 9C) launched in November 2023.

Volunteers visit wards for its Patients' Choice request show, and the station is supported by the National Lottery Community Fund. Its licence is held by Forth Valley Broadcasting Service.
