CVFM Radio

CVFM (Community Voice FM) is a community station for Middlesbrough and the wider Tees Valley. It launched on 10 August 2009 and is run mainly by volunteers, with a small staff team delivering community projects.

Alongside mainstream music it carries specialist programmes for different communities, in several languages. It now broadcasts on the Middlesbrough and Redcar small-scale DAB multiplex (block 8A).
