3TFM Community Radio for Health

3TFM is the community station for the "3 Towns" of Ardrossan, Saltcoats and Stevenston in North Ayrshire, on 103.1 FM from Saltcoats. Its focus is health and wellbeing: Ofcom's key commitments describe health information and advice, with local organisations working together to improve access to health and other opportunities, particularly for disadvantaged groups.

Volunteers from the three towns are trained in presenting, production and administration, and the station says more than 260 community groups have promoted their work on air. Its studios are in the Frank Sweeney Centre for Enterprise on Glasgow Street, Ardrossan.
